Refund policy

RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from your delivery date to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, all of the following must apply:
- Item is unused and in its original condition
- Item is in its original packaging
- You can provide your order number as proof of purchase
- Request is made within 30 days of your delivery date

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items that have been used or removed from original packaging
- Items explicitly marked as final sale at time of purchase
- Gift cards

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email info@elevewellness.shop with your order number and reason for the return
2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization (RA) number -- do not ship without one
3. Ship the item back using a trackable carrier

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, or item arrived defective or damaged). In those cases we cover return shipping in full.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@elevewellness.shop with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet shipped. Email us immediately at info@elevewellness.shop. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
